| Tiivistelmä: | The credit and liability relation between bank and enterprise is irrational. The key problem is that bank has no effective means to restrict enterprise's liability. Reform of relation between bank and enterprise needs an effective restriction of enterprise's liability to be a basic condition. The new bank system is favorable for enterprise to collect and use credit capital by means of indirect means in accordance with international norm. Having part of the enterprise's property right will improve the combination between bank and enterprise. |
