| Tiivistelmä: | According to the actual external economic environment and the management of the credit cooperatives in the country, the focus of carrying out the assets and liabilities ratio management should be placed on the assets management. The difficulties in carrying out the assets and liabilities ratio management lie in three things: Firstly, dealing with the relations between banks and cooperatives in the right way; secondly, how to separate the transactions by policy from the transactions by management; Thirdly, determining reasonable period, structure and scale for the assets and liabilities and improving the external environment and the managing of the credit cooperatives. |
