| Tiivistelmä: | Characterized chiefly by the stock system, and with some cooperative factors to some extent, the stock joint enterprise system is a transitional system, which came into existence in the restructuring of the property and organizational system of the collective enterprises in both cities and the countryside. It is a realistic choice under the situation of the friction of both new and old system. As a property and organizational system of enterprises , cooperative system is apparently different from the stock-hold system. |
