| Tiivistelmä: | The second upsurge of investing in mainland by Taiwan's businessmen is characterized by the trend that the large-sized enterprises of consortium kind make investment in coastal area one after another, medium and small-sized enterprises begin to move their investments into inland, and investment are extended from cities to countryside. This trend of investment is due to the fact that the world economy is moving towards regional and block transaction, and the economic complementarily exists between mainland and Taiwan. As to the enterprises invested by three parts, authorized institution should be established and macro-control should be strengthened. |
