| Tiivistelmä: | On the basis of a brief describing about the research object and task of science of science, this paper deeply analyses the theoretical problems of reform of S & T system and their relationship with science of science. The author considers that science of science is a category of knowledge about the development law of S & T. S & T system, whose reasonableness lies in whether it correctly reflects the development law of S & T , is a form of motion and existence of a relatively independent social practice system. A series of theoretical problems in the practice of reform of S & T system, such as the intention and structure of S & T system, its relationship with economy system, the goal of reform of S & T system, all can be illustrated on the basis of science of science. |
