| Tiivistelmä: | The present paper describes the pilot quality assessment from the point of view of the university carried out at the University of Jyvaskyla in 1992-1993. The approach adopted at the University was called an interactive model. It started with a free form self-evaluation of all the activities at every unit and organizational level, followed by an overall review report written by a special task force which was submitted to a foreign visiting group. |
