| Tiivistelmä: | One of the concerns caused by end user computing has been the potential decrease in quality and control as individuals with little or no information systems training have increasingly taken responsibility for developing and implementing systems of their own making. A questionnaire was developed and administered to 52 information systems and non-information systems managers working in 25 firms in the Boston, Massachusetts area. The subjects were asked if their organizations maintained any policy on the testing and documentation of end user developed systems. The results are presented an conclusions drawn. |
