| Tiivistelmä: | The selection of national avenue of science & technology development is an important issue. In this paper, a framework for comparing avenue of science & technology development as well as the index of environment and condition for science & technology development are given. Based on the study of Japan, USA, Germany, France, UK and Korea, it could be drawn that the avenue of science & technology development must be matched with the corresponding environment and condition. |
