| Tiivistelmä: | According to the incomplete statistics from some provinces and municipalities up to 1993, there has been at least 9440 newly-established sharing-holding enterprises. Of them 2968 are limited companies; 6472 are liability-limited; 1776 are internally share-holding ones and the total share capital is 208.632 billion yuan. Six large enterprises have sold their shares in international markets. 51 security registration institutions have come into operation. The shareholders in the whole country number over 25 million. In the article, the author has given the distribution of the share-holding enterprises throughout China. |
