| Tiivistelmä: | Because of China's insufficient understanding, it's overseas investment is irrational in structure, low effective in total benefit and frail in macro-management. Therefore, proper management system should be chosen and the head corporations should make improvement in managing their branches. China should make overseas investment in resources exploitation, manufacture, service, market purchasing and selling and high technology. It should make effective policies for its direct overseas investment. |
