| Tiivistelmä: | To implement the social medical insurance system, we should gradually establish medical insurance funds for our workers and staff. Therefore, more funds will be raised and the relevant risks will be shared; An effective medical fare control mechanism must be built to ensure our people's basic medical service and reduce the wastes concerned and to make good use of our medical resources. Furthermore, special departments at all levels should be established to manage the medical insurance. Also medical insurance laws and regulations should be made and improved. |
