| Tiivistelmä: | The limited housing property is not term-creditor's rights, lease rights and permanent living rights, and should not become co-ownership, but that is a single proprietary rights limited by profit right and handling right, which belongs to building ownership. Because original property unite still possess the profit right and limited handling right, it forms the dual structure of housing limited property right and original property right. China's law of housing limited property need be drawn up and perfected urgently. |
