| Tiivistelmä: | Raising fund as stock strategy is not fit in our condition. We should choose the main strategy of raise fund by bank saving and interior by stock. We would plan saving and stock as whole, and develop moderately raising fund by stock. It is needed to draw up rational rate policy, make full use of the advantage of bank saving and improve the quality of service. We will change manage mechanism and deepen saving reform. |
