| Tiivistelmä: | The main thing on construction of land ownership system is to realize and ensure collective ownership to have the rights of income and individual management for land. In the construction using right system of land contract management, its central is to stabilize contract relationship. On the basis, using right of transaction mechanism must be set up and development of land market must be promoted. Government should strengthen macro-manage and control for using land. |
