| Tiivistelmä: | The main factors influencing the progress of reform are as follows: 1. The effectiveness of state or the government's macro control and readjustment. As China's market economy is not the one which has evolved naturally, the reform can not be completed in a short time. 2. The scope in implementing reform. The larger the scope in implementing reform is, the more there exist contradictions and discrepancies, which would affect the advancement of stages in reform. 3. The correctness of policy decision made by leaders or policy-making bodies and the state economic policies. 4. The big world environment and the development of foreign relations. |
