| Tiivistelmä: | From 1979 to June of 1994, the accumulated amount of borrowed money from abroad in China reached US$ 83.5 billion, the volume of foreign direct investment was US$ 76 billion and the volume of introduced foreign capital totalled US$159.5 billion. Such a huge introduced foreign capital together with the ratio of 1 to 1 between the introduced foreign capital and the domestic matched RMB funds for it had an influence upon the inflation in the investment field in China by 20%. If we take into consideration its influence on consumption field, the influence of introduced foreign capital on China's inflation reached about 3% to 5%. |
