| Tiivistelmä: | Because of vast cultural differences, Middle Eastern managers working in U.S. organizations may function differently from their U.S. counterparts. Middle Eastern managers' management styles are impacted by their culture. This study examines the effect of culture on the management style of immigrant Middle Eastern managers via a review of the culture of Middle East countries, as compared with those of the United States. Other variables such as gender, level of education, and the organizational position of subject managers are also analyzed. |
