| Tiivistelmä: | The key to establishing the modern enterprise system and invigorating stated-owned enterprises is to form a contingent of professional entrepreneurs with high quality. Therefore China must recognize correctly the difference between the managing officers of state-owned enterprises under the traditional planed economy and the entrepreneurs under the modern market economy and realize the conversion from enterprises' managing officers to entrepreneurs as soon as possible. |
