| Tiivistelmä: | The development of China's overseas enterprises started with non-trade enterprises. The present existing problems are poor macro management, imperfect system for the management of overseas investment, industry which is divorced from trade, and unreasonable regional distribution and trade structure. Therefore, the author raises the following suggestions :(1) establishing a special institution for the management of overseas investment and perfection related laws and regulations; (2) providing convenience for enterprises' financing; (3) making great efforts to support and nurture enterprise groups; (4) improving parent companies' management of their subsidiaries. |
