| Tiivistelmä: | In 1996, the volume of retail sales of domestic consumers' goods will grow by 24%, an actual growth of about 10% after deducting price factors. Markets of consumers' goods will be thriving, brisk and stable in growth on the whole. Because of different growth of production of grain, cotton, oil, meat and sugar, plus the continuously implemented policy of ceasing export and increasing import, supply of agricultural and sideline products in 1996 will remain basically balanced. Industrial consumers' goods will be in sufficient supply. There'll appear the phenomenon of a small number of well-selling name brands and quality goods coexisting with ordinarily-selling common goods and some slow-selling commodities. |
