| Tiivistelmä: | At the present, the partial economic circle in the Asia- Pacific Area mainly refers to the Big South China Economic Circle including South China and cross Taiwan Straits Economic Circles, centered on China, Northeast Asia Economic Circle including Huanghai Rim and Japanese Sea Rim Economic Circles and the Zhu Economic Circle with Tailand as the center. Its features are: (1)Geographically speaking, it's partial or bordering areas between two or several countries, or the areas surrounding the marginal sea; (2)The main body of the cooperation is the local governments; (3)The foundational "national economic relationship" is valued much; (4)It has two sides in contradiction--opening and closing. |
