| Tiivistelmä: | In the light of increasingly extensive software usage in business and government, and the inherent problem of maintaining standards, this article provides a practical approach for improving the quality of software development. It is a case study of the process used for the User Acceptance Testing of a warehouse management and warehouse store order processing system software package. The system was implemented over a three-year period. The process is a disciplined series of activities used to prepare for, test and follow-up user testing of a major business system. |
