| Tiivistelmä: | The quality of business operation is an important factor of creditworthiness within the entire operation of an enterprise and of the individual business events.The research is based on the formation, application and adequatly goal - oriented system of the quality management.A major increase of quality happens by the innovations improving the environment and being economically justified and innovatively run.The evaluation system including the economic and ecological criteria, is used for the investigation of the adequacy of results and of the impacts of innovations over the quality of business operation.The quality is measured by the indicators, which are goal - oriented and suit working on single cases. |
