| Tiivistelmä: | The transformation of Bank of China should be conducted by stages. Its course may be roughly divided into 3 stages. 1. The basic stage of policy adjustment. In that stage, a series of policy issues concerning the transformation of Bank of China from specialized one to commercial one should be solved. 2. Strengthening the commercialized business. Great efforts will be extended to make the Bank of China independent manager of funds, which is able to conduct business independently. 3. Carrying out the reform of share-holding system in the Bank of China to make the Bank a total commercial one. |
