| Tiivistelmä: | In the course of overseas enterprises' merging and purchasing Chinese enterprises, there appear many problems need to be solved immediately and perfected. To this end, the author puts forward the following countermeasures: (1) establishing and perfecting China's system for competition and forming a legal system necessary for the merge and purchase of enterprises; (2) giving gradually the same treatment as Chinese enterprises enjoy to overseas enterprises; (3)strengthening guidance of industrial policies and formulating "Industrial Catalog Guiding Foreign Investment by the State" and "Law on Industrial Policy"; (4) unifying the legislation of overseas-funded enterprises; (5) strengthening the assessment, supervision and management of the assets of merged and purchased enterprises. |
