| Tiivistelmä: | The Latvian electronic and electrical engineering industry (EEI) has had an important role to play in the national economy and has long-standing successful traditions. To investigate the capacity and potential of the Latvian EEI for foreign investment and export development, the Latvian Development Agency conducted under the European Union's PHARE Programme a study of the sector. The experts interviewed 46 companies and assessed the industry at the national and international level. This article presents selected parts from the study's report. |
