| Tiivistelmä: | In terms of effective property right system, the internal objective of seeking profits, diversification of functions, extensiveness of business scope as well as the corresponding and perfect legal system and supervision and management system, commercial banks tally with the nature of enterprises under market economy. In fact, the internal structure of such kind of commercial banks has been established on the basis of the "mother's body" of the mature modern market economy of the advanced countries. In comparison, when China establishes its commercial banks which can operate effectively, in the course of the development of market economy, it can and must use the mature experiences of the Western advanced countries for reference. |
