| Tiivistelmä: | To promote the economic development in the western minority nationality area, the state should: 1. practice preferential policies towards this area in order to provide good environment for its economic development, 2 support the agriculture in that area, 3. adjust industrial structure to form a rational economic structure which can bring the superiority of that area into full play, 4. increase input in education, 5. attract investors both at home and abroad with an aim at making them set up enterprises there. |
