| Tiivistelmä: | 1996 is a very important year for Shanghai's economic development. Viewing from the external environment and Shanghai its self economic operation, it seems that it is not realistic to place too high hope on Shanghai's economic growth rate. If we increase fund input in order to seek high-speed development, it equals "trying to help the shoots grow by pulling them upward". The key point of 1996 economic work is to shift the operational mechanism of enterprises. If a breakthrough is made, it will exert influence with far-reaching significance on the shift of Shanghai's economic growth mode and long-run development. |
