Tiivistelmä:Hiring people who are homeless, former felons, uneducated or otherwise disadvantaged is an idea that rarely occurs to most HR managers. In fact, most companies actively screen them out. Three companies tell why they are hiring people others would not and how they benefit. They found that the benefits far outwegh the risks, and that it is also the socially responsible thing to do.
