| Tiivistelmä: | To enhance the effectiveness of China's monetary policies, we should develop financial markets, reduce control over interest rates gradually and accelerate the reform of specialized banks towards commercialization. As to the problems in the transmit mechanism, we should solve them by deepening the reform of enterprises and developing financial markets and the diversified forms of financial assets. To settle the problems arising from the time lag of monetary policies, we should promote the information-based economy and modernization of management. On that basis, the central bank should strengthen analysis and forecast of the economic situation shorten the internal time lag and the external time lag postpone. |
