| Tiivistelmä: | Since 1992, China's economic operation has been a bit abnormal. The prices of productive resources have risen too rapidly. In 1993, for instance, the index of the prices of productive resources rose by 44.7%, the indexes of the prices of edible animals and poultry and their products, vegetable and food rose by 41.6%, 38.2% and 31.8% respectively. Here, the financial operation with low efficiency was one very important factor contributing to it. The reasons for it were very complex , including not only the imperfect financial laws and regulations, the government's intervening financial activities and bank's low quality of business and management but no good macro economic environment and perfect interests mechanism. |
