| Tiivistelmä: | At present, the difficulties facing the state-owned enterprises involved in foreign economy in their reform are the management power, unable to be transferred to the subsidiary enterprises, no strong external and internal restrictions, unclear property rights, poor management and intense competition facing them. The countermeasures to be taken are as follows: 1. deepening the reform of personnel system 2. reforming the distribution system, 3. establishing property right system as soon as possible, 4. strengthening the external restriction and enterprises' internal restriction. |
