| Tiivistelmä: | Japan will take the adjustment of industrial structure and loosening administrative control as the leading factor in economy and strive to realize an annual economic growth rate of 1.6% or so and employment of 4 million people. The labor service cooperation between China and Japan will cover the export of various kinds of skilled workers, graduates and students for further education, majoring in agriculture and forestry, seamen, chefs and software designers. Singapore has introduced a lot of software designers for it has great demand for such people. There is also great demand for specialized architecture in electronics and chemical industries. As South Korea's demand for high- tech talent increases by a large margin, it will introduce professionals in chemical industry, computer and airplane design. |
