| Tiivistelmä: | During the Ninth Five-Year Plan period, China's financial reform aims to create a modern market financial system that is built on development of the commercial bank system. To transform state-owned specialized banks into commercial ones presupposes social security in case of bankruptcy of enterprises and unemployment. Possible ways in which finance can promote transformation of the mode of economic growth are to regroup credit relations within which loans are responsible for social security and financial payment while using some loans as banks funds' for social security, and to adjust credit policies as well as increasing loans to private economy, technical renovation and the tertiary industry. |
