| Tiivistelmä: | The contrast between China's macro and micro economy finds expression in steady development of the macro economy as against difficulties in some parts of the micro economy. This is due to the disharmony between trends of macro policies and micro goals; heavy loss of money of state enterprises, and eradication of impure benefits of some enterprises by moderately tight macro monetary policies. The way out is to deepen the reform of state enterprises, make more efforts in technical innovation and create, perfect the macro control system. |
