| Tiivistelmä: | The comprehensive optimisation of supply chains as part of the supply chain management becomes more and more important for the reduction of costs. The supply chain partners have to talk about all possibilities of cost reduction. Therefore, interfirm project groups are set up. Anyhow, the mentioned cost reduction potentials cannot often be used due to insufficient communication channels between the supply chain partners. In this article a concept for the self organising moderation of project groups of supply chain partners is presented and applied to the automotive industry. |
