| Tiivistelmä: | The economic belt along the Great Wall can serve as a new point of Economic breakthrough for Shaanxi Province due to the preferential policies; mineral resources; investment environment; preliminary pattern of exploitation of sources of energy as well as heavy and chemical industry; and shift of investment to the central and western regions. Developing such an economic belt makes it necessary to handle properly the relations between the central and local government, the province and district, the district and county (city), the enhancement of technological content of leading industries and creation of overall superiority, exploitation of resources and environmental protection. Measures include nurturing pillar industries multinational-channel fund-raising, free development of private economy, enormous development of township enterprises and intensification of reform and open. |
