| Tiivistelmä: | China's market structures of manufacture are characterized by inconspicuous concentration of monopoly. Free trade is allowed in such sectors as tobacco, leather, timber furniture, pharmaceuticals, electric appliance, instrument, where quotas will be turned into tariffs; such sectors as chemical fiber steal, nonferrous metal, devices of transportation and electronic communication enjoy moderately effective protection and production subsidies and require some quotas; while the rate of ad tariffs for transfer of rents should be fined, the quota system revoked in 13 sectors such as food, drink and textiles on the basis of an exhaustive inspection of level of monopoly of foreign manufacturers. |
