| Tiivistelmä: | China's preferential policies to foreign capital has left state-owned enterprises in a disadvantageous position during market competition and intensified the monopoly of foreign-funded enterprises over production and operation. Revoking these policies will not only exert no influence on foreign investment in China , but promote development of China's market economy, During the Ninth Five-Year period, in order to assist in reforms of state enterprises, we need to continue to improve the taxation environment of state enterprises abolish the unified taxes on industry and commerce, and impose value-added taxes on foreign-funded enterprises as a whole. |
