| Tiivistelmä: | The current status and the characteristics of processing trade conflict in a way with the implementation of "Two Fundamental shifts" in foreign trade. The processing trade is to be adjusted to shift from pursuing scale and speed to benefit-oriented and intensity-oriented mode of growth. The suggestions are as follows: cut down incentive and preferential policy provided to processing trade that are not in line with international practice; enhance the sense of quality and benefit-oriented growing mode in foreign trade; loosen the pressure on foreign currency earning target; thoroughly review and approve projects related to processing trade and study tariff refund issue concerning stretching the processing links. |
