| Tiivistelmä: | The inflation of these years and the gap between supply and demand are caused first by the severe lagging of the development of agriculture and basic industries. The total structural supply is on the low side, particularly, the scarce supply of grain and cotton poses a serious problem; the severe lagging of power and communication and transportation industries has caused the rise-up of the price index; the overbalanced industrial structure has imposed further pressure of investment upon the central government; which has given an impetus to the growth of money volume, and, resulted in the overall price run-up. |
