| Tiivistelmä: | During the Ninth Five-Year Plan period, Tianjin's GDP will increase 10%, on average and will quadruple the 1980 per capita GDP in 1998. In the period from 2001 to 2010, its GDP will be doubled on the basis of GDP in 2000. The ratio of primary, secondary and tertiary industries will be roughly 5:50:45 in the year 2000 and 2:43:55 in the year 2010. The key to achieving these goals is to realize two fundamental shifts--system and economic growth mode. At the end of the said period, the contribution rate of technological progress to output will reach 37% or so and higher than 50% in the year 2010 with a annual growth rate of 3.5%. At the same time, the structural adjustment of the above-mentioned three industries will be fulfilled. |
