| Tiivistelmä: | Doctor Li Daokui's "Concept of Vague Property Rights" is a criticism to dogmatically "Coase theory". Its theoretical value is as follows: Under the environment of different systems, there is always one kind of property rights system as the best choice, which may not necessarily be the clear cut private property rights. Doctor Zuo Dapei's paper entitled Comments on "Big Explosion" Reform Strategy explores the reasons for unsuccessful reform road, which is a challenge to and an attack on neoclassical theory. Mr. Shen Hong, in his article "Why Would People Choose the System Arrangement, Unfavorable to Themselves" points out that any one kind of public choice mode can not avoid the exterior of its result, which poses challenge to the general views on history in institutional economics. |
