| Tiivistelmä: | In recent times, investment in medium/large - scale manufacturing has attracted the interest of Nigerian businessmen. But little is known about the organization and management of enterprises. Using questionnaire, interview and observational data, this paper analyses the power relations between managers and entrepreneurs as means of understanding the organizational strengths and weaknesses of the enterprises. The findings show that a lot of power is concentrated on entrepreneurs while managers are irritated by their inability to participate in decision-making. |
