| Tiivistelmä: | This paper expounds the general measures to be taken by enterprises in such lines as business strategy and tactics, organizational structure and financial management in order to avoid the risks of exchange rates. It also points out the countermeasures to avoid the risk of exchange rates which Chinese enterprises should take under China's national situation. As to Chinese enterprises, it is most important to avoid the risk. China's financial authorities should increase gradually the varieties of converted currency in RMB exchange and weaken foreign exchange control . Besides, the integration of domestic and overseas foreign exchange markets will be realized and forward transaction of RMB against foreign currency carried out to serve enterprises in their conducting hedge. |
