| Tiivistelmä: | Since tight monetary policies came into effect in the second quarter of 1993, the goal of tightening has bean attained , inflation effectively curbed, and rise of prices brought back. But, consequently, these policies have led to insufficient fund of enterprises, increased unemployment and difficulties facing banks, and accumulation of causes of instability. Therefore, monetary policies should become moderate, that is , the rate of growth of supply of money and that of loans by financial institutions are to match the growth rate of economy plus the rate of controlled inflation . At the same time, the central bank should replace direct control with indirect control. |
