| Tiivistelmä: | According to the national conditions and strength, the free convertibility of the RMB should be conducted at different levels and by stages. In the first stage , we first realize free convertibility under the current account. Then we enter the second stage, in which we loosen gradually control over capital account and thus realize totally free convertibility of the RMB. As it needs quite a long time to reach this goal, it is estimated that the process of free convertibility of the RMB will possibly be completed after the 2020s. |
