| Tiivistelmä: | To develop investment funds in China favors reducing the risk of investors, developing securities market attracting foreign investment and the reform of system. However, at present, the management and operation of China's investment funds has not been standardized yet. There is a lack of scientific guidance. The ratio between open-end funds and closed-end funds is improper. In view of the above, we should take the following strategies: expanding the scale of fund market and developing new varieties of funds; perfecting the existing closed end funds and developing actively open-end funds; taking indirect investment as the main mode and at the same time paying attention to the comprehensive investment and industrial investment; perfecting legislation. |
