| Tiivistelmä: | This article proposed measures to assess the dimensions of information systems operation transactions. The technical and business skills required to perform an activity were assessed for information systems operations, these measures were reliable. Also asset specificy was evaluated, leading to acceptable results. Measurement problems were evaluated, using new measures tailored for information systems operations. |
